Who We Are

WHITE PHOENIX PARTNERS  was formed in 2006 by Augustine O. Ajineh, Esq., Michael A. Asugo, Esq. and Ismaila Olokun, Esq. The latter later left to venture into business, but still remains a nominal partner. It was the product of a merger of three dynamic and progressive Law Firms which were based in Warri, Delta State and the commercial city of Lagos. The Firms had hitherto operated independently, providing a wide range of legal services and serving clients within and outside Nigeria.
