LITIGATION, RESEARCH & LEGAL ADVISORY SECTION
The section handles matters pending in various Courts. Although the firm enjoins its clients to explore out of court settlement of disputes, where desirable, particularly through ADR, however, once litigation becomes inevitable, takes full responsibility. The Section also carries out all the research of the Firm on any legal issue as well as render legal advice to our clients.
The Section is headed by Augustine O. Ajineh, Esq., a Notary Public, who is vastly experienced in litigation; he has successfully handled cases in various Courts from the High Court/Federal High Court in various States, up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The Section is co-headed by Michael A. Asugo, Esq., an astute practitioner and current Chairman of the NBA Warri Branch, Delta State
