Who We Are
The Firm, White Phoenix Partners, was formed in 2006 by Augustine O. Ajineh, Esq., Michael A. Asugo, Esq. and Ismaila Olokun, Esq. The latter later left to venture into business, but still remains a nominal partner. It was the product of a merger of three dynamic and progressive Law Firms which were based in Warri, Delta State and the commercial city of Lagos. The Firms had hitherto operated independently, providing a wide range of legal services.
The desire to incorporate a Law Firm, which places emphasis on the provision of swift, qualitative and affordable legal services to clients in Nigeria and internationally was uppermost in the minds of the founding Partners. Similarly the desire to underplay the long standing trend of Law Firms woven around personalities and/or family names was also very germane to the concept of a Law Firm with a unique brand name. The Partners, who bring to the Firm, a cumulative experience of over Seventy (70) years of legal practice, in different areas of the law are very passionate about the model of legal services they provide their clients.
